One-Day-Only “Chakra Tug-of-War with Kurama” Event on October 10

AWAJI, JAPAN, September 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Anime Park Nijigen no Mori, the popular anime theme park on Awaji Island in Japan near Kobe and Osaka, has announced Volume 5 of its autumn special project, the “NARUTO&BORUTO SHINOBI-ZATO Naruto Uzumaki Birthday Festival 2026.” Commemorating the protagonist Naruto Uzumaki’s birthday on October 10 through eight distinct promotional projects, Volume 5 presents “Chakra Tug-of-War with Kurama,” an exclusive single-day event taking place on Naruto’s actual birthday, Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Recreating the iconic battle from the anime series where Naruto clashes with Kurama (the Nine-Tails) to draw forth his chakra, this special event will be held at 10:00 AM, just as the entrance gate—the “あ・ん Gate”—opens for the day. Participants will work together in an energetic tug-of-war to open the gate and kick off the birthday celebration.

All participants in the event will receive a complimentary Kurama Mask as a commemorative gift. This unique one-day experience brings together Naruto fans from around the world to celebrate Naruto’s birthday with a thrilling, unforgettable showdown.

NARUTO&BORUTO Shinobi-Zato is an attraction themed around the popular ninja anime NARUTO and BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS, which follows the story of Boruto Uzumaki, the son of Naruto Uzumaki, the protagonist of NARUTO.

From Kansai International Airport, take a highway bus bound for Sannomiya, Namba, or Umeda. Transfer at one of these major hubs to a highway bus heading to Awaji Island. Please get off at either “Awaji IC” or “Nijigen no Mori.” Only one transfer is required, and the total travel time is approximately 3 hours.
② By Train + Highway Bus
From Kansai International Airport, travel by JR or Nankai Railway to the Osaka, Namba, or Sannomiya area. From there, transfer to a highway bus bound for Awaji Island. Please get off at either “Awaji IC” or “Nijigen no Mori.” The total travel time is approximately 3 hours.
